We will ship your kit/s with China Post EMS.
How long will it take to process my order?
We normally take 2 business days to process your order. We often will send your kit within 1 business day, however from time to time we need longer which is why we have stated a 2 day turnaround. Don’t be shocked if your kit has been processed and shipped within a few hours of purchase.
Once dispatched, how long will it take to deliver my order?
From the date of dispatch of your kit, it typically takes a further 6-10 business days.
If everything goes to plan, then you should expect your kit within 8-12 business days from the date of purchase. The delivery time is occasionally shorter than this, however we need to advise that the above is the average expected delivery time.
Sometimes unexpected issues arise within the distribution process and these are commonly as a result of either:
- The shipping company we use to send your kit into your country,
- Customs/Border control in your country, or
- The shipping service used without your country for when your kit has cleared customs
If one of these issues arises, then there is a possibility that your kit will be slightly delayed.
How do I know where my kit is?
You will receive a tracking notification email that contains your unique tracking number. The email will also provide instructions on which website you need to access to track your kit. We will send the tracking email to the email you provided during checkout. If you cannot find this email, then check your SPAM/JUNK folder or that you entered the correct email whilst checking out.
If you cannot find the tracking email we sent you, then contact us and we will help you out.

It’s been longer than 7-9 business days, what should I do next?
Using your tracking number that we sent you, track your delivery to find out exactly where it is. Sometimes the kit will be waiting at your local post office and they have simply failed to leave a “sorry we missed you card.” Other times, your kit may still be waiting to clear customs. If this is the case, keep checking back every 24 hours to make sure you know when it is on it’s way to you.
I cannot see any updates or my tracking number does not appear to be working?
This will happen if you try tracking your kit within 24 hours of us sending it. The system unfortunately takes up to 24 hours to update itself from the first dispatch into the EMS system. If you have this problem, try again later once the system has updated itself.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free world wide as we have incorporated shipping into the price of the products.
What happens if I am looking at purchasing in bulk quantity of more than 10 boxes?
If you are looking at purchasing more than 10 boxes of our products, then please contact us to let us know which product you are interested in and what volume you wish to purchase. We may be able to negotiate a better price depending on the volume of your purchase.
