Who do we ship with?

We will ship your kit/s with Australia Post Eparcel + signature.

How long will it take to process my order?

We normally take 1-2 business days to process your order. We often will send your kit within 1 business day, however from time to time we need longer which is why we have stated a 2 day turnaround. We dispatch on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning.

I need my item express shipped. What can I do?

We will endeavour to help meet your needs in any way we can. Sometimes this is not possible. However most of the time, we can arrange something. Please email us at sales@survival.net.au or phone us on 0414 816 496 and we will see how we can help you out.

Once dispatched, how long will it take to deliver my order?

From the date of dispatch of your kit, it typically takes 2-6 days depending on your location within Australia. Some regional locations in far north QLD and WA will take slightly longer than 6 business days.

How do I know where my kit is?

You will receive an automatic tracking notification email that contains your unique tracking number. The email will be from Australia Post and will provide instructions on how to track your kit. If you cannot find this email, then check your SPAM/JUNK folder. Sometimes you may have entered the incorrect email address which means you will not get the automatic tracking email.

If you cannot find the tracking email we sent you, then contact us and we will help you out.

If you have received our tracking number and still are unsure where to go to find the status of your kit, then go to the Australia Post website and enter your tracking number into their system.

It’s been longer than 7-9 business days, what should I do next?

Using your tracking number that we sent you, track your delivery to find out exactly where it is. Sometimes the kit will be waiting at your local post office and they have simply failed to leave a “sorry we missed you card.” Other times, your kit may still be in transport. If this is the case, keep checking back every 24 hours to make sure you know when it is on it’s way to you. We recommend going into your local post office and seeing if the item has arrived. If it has not, contact us after 9 business days and we can lodge a missing item claim with Australia Post.

How much is shipping?

What happens if I am looking at purchasing in bulk quantity of more than 10 boxes?

If you are looking at purchasing more than 10 boxes of our products, then please contact us to let us know which product you are interested in and what volume you wish to purchase. We may be able to negotiate a better price depending on the volume of your purchase.

International Shipping (Outside of Australia)

Who do we ship with?

On nearly all instances, we will be able to ship your kit/s with Australia Post Express Courier International service.

Sometimes, this service is not available for certain countries, such as Mongolia. If we cannot use the Express Courier International Service, then we will use Australia Post Air Mail Parcel service. This is slower than the Express Courier Service, but it will be the only way to ship the item to you if you are outside of the Express Courier Network. Again, this will only occur in very few instances.

AIR MAIL PARCELS

If we ship your order with this method as it is the only way to ship into your country, then the typical delivery window is 4-10 business days from the time your kit leaves our warehouse to when it is expected to arrive at your door. However, sometimes delays are caused within customs. If this occurs, your item may be delayed slightly longer than the above stated delivery window.
